At verodimoda, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not working as expected, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please email us at Support@verodimoda.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will issue a full refund. In most cases, you will not be required to return the item.

Unwanted or Incorrect Items

If you’ve changed your mind or received an item that wasn’t what you expected, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

A full refund will be issued once we receive the returned item in its original condition and original packaging.

After notifying us, you will have 14 additional days to send the item back.

Please note: Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Please allow extra time for your bank or payment provider to complete the process.

Sale Items

All sale and discounted items are eligible for return under the same 30-day policy.
